The Operator
Every dive on this coast begins the same way, with a cylinder somebody filled from a compressor somebody else maintains. Superior Group is the authorized sole distributor and service partner for Bauer Kompressoren and Luxfer Gas Cylinders in Egypt, which puts one company behind the two pieces of equipment every diver trusts without ever seeing: the machine that filled the tank and the aluminium that holds the pressure. Two branches cover the coast, one in Hurghada and one in Sharm el-Sheikh.
Bauer Kompressoren is the Munich compressor maker whose breathing-air machines run most of the world's dive centers and liveaboards, and Luxfer is the shoulder stamp on more dive cylinders than any other name. Superior supplies both new: portable and stationary Bauer compressors, nitrox systems blending up to 40 percent oxygen, and Luxfer cylinders certified to EN ISO 7866 with nitrox-ready valves, alongside the filters, spares and consumables that keep a fill station honest.
The service side is the part the industry actually leans on. Factory-authorized technicians maintain and repair Bauer compressors with genuine parts, and the Hurghada branch runs a cylinder hydrostatic test station authorized by the CDWS, the periodic pressure test every working dive cylinder in Egypt must pass. Behind the coastal branches sits the wider Superior Group, an Egyptian industrial group established in Cairo in 2009 that supplies and services compression equipment across the petroleum and industrial sectors. That is the engineering depth you want near the machine that fills the tank you breathe from.

Hydrostatic Testing
A cylinder hydrostatic test station at the Hurghada branch, authorized by the CDWS. The periodic test every working dive cylinder is required to pass before it can be filled.

Hurghada
The flagship: a Bauer Kompressoren showroom and workshop in central Hurghada, with compressors and nitrox systems on the floor and Luxfer cylinders and valves in stock. This branch runs the company's CDWS-authorized cylinder hydrostatic test station, and cylinders travel here for testing from the whole coast.
Sole Bauer & Luxfer Partner in Sinai
Sharm el-Sheikh
The Sinai branch, and the only authorized Bauer Kompressoren sales and service partner on the peninsula, as well as the sole Luxfer cylinder sales center in Sinai. There is no hydrostatic testing on site; cylinders that are due a test go to the Hurghada station.

Air quality and cylinder integrity are the half of dive safety nobody sees, and on this coast they run through authorized Bauer service and a CDWS-authorized test station.
